What we collect
When you use Programme Sentinel, we may collect:
- your first name and email address from the access or report form;
- your consent confirmation and the time it was captured;
- basic form metadata such as selected report mode and file names;
- a browser/device identifier for invitation-only access control;
- standard hosting logs created by Netlify, Render and related infrastructure.
How uploaded files are handled
XER files are used to parse schedule data and generate the requested Excel report. The application does not maintain a client schedule database and does not intentionally store uploaded XER files after the report has been sent back to your browser.
The current production workflow sends files to the report engine for processing. Files are written to temporary storage only for the duration of the request and are deleted after the response completes. Do not upload material you are not authorised to process.
How lead and access details are used
Form submissions may be sent to Netlify Forms and, where configured, to GoHighLevel so The True Troop Consulting Ltd can manage access requests, P6 Academy cohort communications, support enquiries and follow-up actions.
We do not sell your contact details. Marketing follow-up is based on the consent you provide in the form.
Invitation-only access
When the access gate is active, approved users can unlock Programme Sentinel on one browser/device. If the same email is already active elsewhere, the system may create a device reset request for administrator review.
Access state is supported by a persistent browser identifier in localStorage and server-side records for approved users, access requests and active device registrations.
